About The Position
Diversicare is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) at Rocky Top Behavioral Health in Rocky Top, Tennessee. The role provides nursing leadership, with responsibility for helping shape the quality of care and the nursing department. The Assistant Director of Nursing leads by example, supports and inspires the nursing team, and contributes to patient outcomes. The position also supports professional development, regulatory compliance, workforce training, and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least three years of nursing experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to quality care.
