About The Position

We are currently searching for a Unit Manager / Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team! As Unit Manager / Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Utica Ridge by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

Requirements

An Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
An unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) or Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
C.P.R. Certification
Two (2) years of L.P.N. or R.N. experience

Nice To Haves

Prior experience managing a nursing department
Five (5) years of L.P.N. / R.N. experience

Responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department

Setting and attaining Nursing Department goals
