Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) / $10,000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Atrium Centers is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join their team in Plainwell, Michigan. This is a full-time position, with 32 hours per week, and the opportunity to pick up an additional day to reach 40 hours. The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist with the overall management of the nursing department, support planning and implementation of resident discharge procedures, review charting and documentation, collaborate with leadership for clinical excellence and regulatory compliance, and promote a positive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall management of the nursing department
- Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures
- Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care
