About The Position
Atrium Centers is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join their team. This role involves assisting with the overall management of the nursing department, supporting planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures, reviewing and ensuring accurate charting and documentation of nursing care, collaborating with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall management of the nursing department
