About The Position
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote high-quality resident care. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Active RN license required.
- Massachusetts licensure required prior to start date.
- Skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing department operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Assist with quality improvement, clinical audits, and survey preparedness.
- Support staffing, clinical oversight, and resident care initiatives.
