About The Position
Agawam North Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated RN with strong clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- SNF / long-term care experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team development ability
