About The Position

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across all outlets. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this role oversees daily operations, supports team development, and ensures the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing costs and driving revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems and food and beverage operations
  • Full-time availability
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members across multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Manage labor, purchasing, and inventory to support financial goals and profitability
  • Build strong guest relationships and create memorable dining experiences
  • Partner with culinary leadership to enhance menus, beverage offerings, and overall product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations
  • Support day-to-day operations with a hands-on leadership approach
