The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overseeing all dining outlets, banquets, and managing all aspects of staff training and service. The position involves contributing to F&B revenue goals, working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to increase guest count and revenue while maintaining service quality, and ensuring efficient labor cost management through daily and weekly staffing reviews. Additionally, the role requires accountability for operating systems like requisitions and inventory, proper execution of accounting functions, and weekly scheduling for all F&B outlets.
