About The Position

Assists the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships with the administration of all student financial aid programs. Provides counseling, information, and customer service to students, parents, faculty, staff, and administration regarding all types of student financial aid. Conducts on-campus and off-campus workshops and financial aid presentations to high schools, businesses, career day programs, departments, and divisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university highly preferred.
  • Two years’ experience in a post-secondary financial aid office packaging and awarding Federal Title IV financial aid and scholarships; or equivalent experience working with federal regulations and programs.
  • Two years of progressively responsible administrative or managerial experience.
  • Experience utilizing federal financial aid application and student loan delivery systems including National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) SAR and ISIR files, Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG), EDconnect, Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) systems.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required if performing the functions of the position necessitates the use of a university or personal vehicle.
