Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a hotel or resort accounting role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing budgets and forecasting
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with audits and other financial reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting to senior management
  • Assist the Director of Finance on financial operations for the hotel or resort
