Assistant Director of Event Management - Tennessee Athletics - UTK
About The Position
The Assistant Director of Event Management is responsible for event management (including post-season activity) of assigned sports. The position will also provide secondary event support per the Senior Director of Event Management. The position will oversee athletics parking operations for assigned Neyland Stadium, Food City Center, and all athletics lots/garages in support of Senior Associate AD, Facilities and Event Operations (and leadership team), while working with department, campus and third-party leadership, staff, and stakeholders to ensure success for each athletics home and/or special events.
Requirements
- Experience in event management.
- Experience in athletics parking operations.
- Ability to work with department, campus, and third-party leadership, staff, and stakeholders.
