About The Position

This is a working leadership role where you will keep a caseload and help run the center. As Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will be part of the regional leadership team and support the Director in running the Insurance based service line. You will carry an individual caseload of approximately 90 to 100 billable hours per month and maintain contract fulfillment above 90 percent. Your responsibilities will include leading behavior skills training with RBTs and BCBAs, conducting periodic service reviews, monitoring metrics, resolving conflict, and ensuring the region adheres to fidelity and policy. You will be the point person for questions from the team, families, and staff.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience leading or supervising in an ABA or center-based clinical setting
  • Ability to lead a team fairly and maintain standards without alienating staff
  • Strong writing, organization, and clinical judgment skills
  • Active QBS (Safety-Care) Trainer certification, or willingness to obtain and maintain it
  • Firm commitment to the BACB ethics code, HIPAA, and client confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an individual caseload, targeting 90 to 100 billable hours per month, with contract fulfillment above 90 percent.
  • Provide supervision and development for service-line behavior technicians, BCBAs, and clinical support staff.
  • Conduct behavior skills training (BST), periodic service reviews, and metric monitoring across your region.
  • Manage conflict resolution, both internal and external, to prevent issues from escalating.
  • Develop and maintain region-wide retention and reinforcement systems.
  • Lead monthly department meetings for BTs, CSSs, and all BCBAs.
  • Ensure fidelity and policy adherence, developing clear plans and timelines to address any identified gaps.
  • Provide family support, meeting with center staff supervised by BCBAs, and assisting in the creation of program documents and templates.
