Reporting to the Director of Recreation, the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation Programs and Marketing manages, supervises, budgets, develops, and implements policies and procedures, and evaluates all Campus Recreation Programs, both revenue- and non-revenue-generating. These include all student-focused initiatives such as Special Events, Rec Nights, Rec Board Programs, events, and Marketing. Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling student staff; overseeing inventory management; coordinating facility improvements and repairs; directing departmental marketing efforts, including social media, website content, all marketing channels; and managing catering orders for programs and events. Duties encompass administrative, supervisory, and programmatic responsibilities for the Department of Campus Recreation.
