As an Assistant Director of Housing, you will help lead and strengthen our residential programs, developing the managers and team who serve them.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
3 years of leadership experience in residential or housing services preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving
Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Staff: Coach and support Leads through regular feedback, accountability, and professional development.
Ensure Quality Services: Monitor daily programming, schedules, and person-centered supports to ensure consistency and strong outcomes.
Oversee Documentation & Compliance: Review documentation, MARs, behavior data, and records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support Staffing & Operations: Monitor staffing patterns, scheduling, timekeeping, and operational systems to maintain stability.
Coordinate Health & Wellness Needs: Oversee medical appointments and advocate for individuals’ health and well-being.
Problem-Solve & Provide Leadership Support: Troubleshoot challenges, guide Leads, and help maintain a safe, stable environment.
Collaborate & Drive Improvement: Participate in leadership meetings, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide On-Call Leadership Coverage: Support after-hours needs and help ensure responsive leadership when it matters most.
