This position involves assisting in the resolution of tenancy problems, responding to complaints, and collecting rent and rent arrears. The role requires interviewing residents, investigating and verifying information, and informing tenants of Housing Authority rules and regulations. Responsibilities also include performing income and employment verifications for rent determination, conducting field visits for rent collection and addressing housekeeping concerns, and performing rentals and completing annual/interim reviews. Additionally, the position involves performing case reviews, processing lease renewals/contract rent changes, attending administrative hearings, and making court appearances.
