Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Digital Merchandising Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of the customer experience on tommy.com. This role is crucial for product launches, product setup, site maintenance, and merchandising support across assigned categories. The Assistant will ensure content accuracy, operational excellence, and timely execution of merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, passionate about delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience, and capable of supporting broader business and merchandising strategies. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Copy, Content, Marketing, Digital Operations, and IT teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or prior experience in e-commerce, merchandising, retail, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with e-commerce and merchandising platforms such as SFCC, STIBO PIM, or Adobe tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own product setup and ongoing maintenance within Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product data.
  • Execute weekly product launches on tommy.com, ensuring products are published accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform weekly product page QA to validate product information, imagery, pricing, and site functionality.
  • Support category merchandising updates by executing product sequencing and category page changes as directed by the Digital Merchandising team.
  • Maintain manual "Complete the Look" product associations within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Execute markdown, promotional, and final sale updates across the site.
  • Conduct routine site QA checks to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across assigned categories.
  • Monitor the site for product, content, and functionality issues, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare recurring reports, data pulls, and dashboards to support business reviews and merchandising initiatives.
  • Assist with competitive benchmarking and trend research by monitoring competitor websites and industry best practices.
  • Support seasonal launches, promotional events, and ad hoc merchandising projects as needed.
  • Maintain merchandising documentation and follow established processes to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
