About The Position

Allegion is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Corporate Counsel licensed to practice in Indiana (or able to obtain reciprocity) to support our rapidly growing business. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will partner cross-functionally with a wide variety of professionals and internal legal experts to provide commercial legal guidance that advances the company’s strategic objectives in the Americas region. You will draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of contracts, lead a group of contract professionals, and help build scalable legal processes and procedures.
