About The Position

The Project Controller for Ingenyx I.T./Finance provides financial and analytical support for ERP system implementation project accounting, system implementation support, and assigned finance project management in a high-growth carve-out environment. The position supports Ingenyx’s I.T. and Finance operations, including capital project reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Three years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

Nice To Haves

MBA, CPA, or CMA.
SAP or IFS knowledge and experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool.
Experience working in a multi-plant, global manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of product-costing financial concepts and financial analysis of manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Set up new vendors and classify and record invoices at the general-ledger level.
Prepare monthly IT third-party spend reporting, with categories such as Technical Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications, and Master Data Management.
Manage monthly IT capital project accounting and reporting, including the Project Evenstar IFS implementation and UKG HR system implementation.
Own planning and forecasting for project cash-flow spending.
Prepare ad hoc reports and support special projects as assigned.
