Requirements
- Previous property management experience, including Tax Credit experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Marketing and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License; the company pays for the license.
