As an Assistant Community Manager, you’ll support daily operations, connect with residents and prospects, and help keep the community running smoothly. This role involves welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, guiding them through the leasing process, and supporting daily operations to meet financial and occupancy goals. You will also ensure apartments and community areas are ready for new move-ins, manage leasing activities, move-ins/outs, renewals, and resident records in Yardi. Additionally, you will handle rent collection, notices, and delinquent accounts with professionalism and accuracy, and assist with community events, resident relations, and property reporting. You will partner closely with the Community Manager to maintain a high standard of service and performance.
