About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. This position assists the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, financial reporting, and overall property operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2 years of property management, leasing, customer service, or related experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management Yardi software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with rent collections, resident relations, and leasing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist current and prospective residents in English and Spanish
  • Conduct apartment tours and process lease agreements
  • Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Maintain resident files and accurate records
  • Assist with financial reporting, deposits, and account reconciliations
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
  • Support the Property Manager in daily community operations
