About The Position

Continental Properties is seeking an experienced Bilingual Community Manager to lead the Springs at Tapestry residential apartment community in Kissimmee, FL. This role is crucial for successful community operations, aiming to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents and foster a positive team environment. Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required
  • 3+ years of residential community management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience building budgets, driving NOI growth, and commitment to resident experience
  • Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet, touring the community, and staying active throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, and Compliance Depot is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, customer service, and market knowledge to meet performance goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a courteous, professional attitude, ensuring the community is always presentable by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units and maintaining a clean model and tour path daily.
  • Hire and develop top talent, creating a motivating and engaging work environment that embraces new technology and fosters teamwork, accountability, and results.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring residents feel valued and proud of their home.
  • Compile and present monthly performance KPI and financial reports, including analysis and strategic plans for future outcomes.
