Youth Athletes United is seeking coaches for its TGA youth sports programs in Tennis, Golf, and Pickleball. Coaches teach children ages 5–13, using individual attention, a non-competitive approach, and positive reinforcement to help students succeed in a fun, stress-free environment. Coaches are expected to enjoy working with children, accept feedback, and continue improving through additional training and by following the TGA Coaching Manual. Coaches may work 4–20 hours per week, with opportunities to work full-time subject to availability and performance. Classes are generally held after school and on weekends, at schools, parks, and recreational centers across Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Coaches may need to travel up to an hour to reach a class location. Lead Instructors use the curriculum to facilitate classes and lead Assistant Coaches. They may manage 1–5 Assistant Coaches and groups of 8–40 or more students, with additional Assistant Coaches assigned depending on class size. Assistant Coaches are assigned to classes with more than 10 students.
