About The Position

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Clinical Supervisor passionate about helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence. Requirements

Must be enrolled in a Master's program or have a Master’s Degree in a related field.
2-3 years of experience working as a Behavior Therapist.
2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
Candidate must meet one of these requirements: a. Have a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. b. Completed or pursuing a master's in a related field, AND pursuing a BCBA. c. Bachelor's Degree with 12 units in ABA courses.

Responsibilities

Assist Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.
Assist with developing interventions focusing on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills, including creating materials for use with various behavior programs, both in-home and at schools.
Provide ongoing training and consultation for families in the implementation of positive supports and behavioral interventions to reduce interfering behaviors, in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and their child's specific goals.
Assist with developing goals in areas such as communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, and recreational and leisure skills in consultation with the clinical supervisor.
Assist the clinical supervisor in the intake process, observations, and preparation of the consumer's initial behavior assessment.
Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports and data, and provide periodic reviews of Behavioral Therapists' performance, including ongoing verbal and written feedback.
Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure accuracy of client data and coach Behavior Therapists to reduce data discrepancies.
Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.
