About The Position
This position is for an Assistant Clinical Professor (Non-Tenure Track) with a focus on occupational therapy. The role involves curriculum development, research, and supervision of graduate projects. The successful candidate will be expected to hold a terminal degree and possess relevant certifications and licensure.
Requirements
- Terminal degree (OTD, PhD, EdD) from an accredited university
- Experience in curriculum development, research, and supervision of graduate projects
- Initial certification by NBCOT as an OTR
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of California by the CBOT
Nice To Haves
- Minimum three (3) years clinical experience
- Active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting
- Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work
- Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
