About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA for our Fayetteville, NC clinic. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about high-quality ABA services, staff development, and building a positive clinic culture where both employees and clients can thrive. Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Nice To Haves

• Prior BCBA leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of clinic operations and clinical quality
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
• Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment planning
• Monitor client progress and provide clinical guidance as needed
• Support staff development, training, and clinical mentorship
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with operational leadership to support clinic success
• Foster a positive, professional, and clinically excellent clinic environment
