About The Position

The Assistant Chief Pilot (ACP) will provide office coverage in the assigned crew base to offer support to pilots and flight attendants. Requirements

• Current First Officer with Endeavor Air
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
• Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the Endeavor Air family
• PC proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the contents of FAR Parts 61, 91, 117, and 121

Responsibilities

• Provide office coverage to offer pilots answers to their questions, comments, and concerns
• Help facilitate the success of the New Hire (Probationary) Pilot Program including: Schedule and conduct new hire interviews, Provide feedback and mentorship, Keep detailed records in conjunction with office policies
• Periodically will Attend meetings with Delta Air Lines management, Airport Officials, & FAA to represent Endeavor
• Create and distribute important communications to pilots
• Monitor & track daily delays and take part in the delay resolution process
• Set-up and tear-down of various base appreciation events
• Assist with the production of the Chief Pilot Newsletter and other company publications
• Special projects as time permits
• Performs additional essential functions as assigned by the base and 119 Chief Pilot
