About The Position
This is a new leadership position designed to enhance Swing Bed services, nursing operations, scheduling, and on-call coverage. The role provides direct support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and is suited for an experienced nurse leader who thrives in a dynamic rural healthcare environment.

- Active RN license in Texas (or eligible).
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Case management, Swing Bed, or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Swing Bed case management, including admissions, care coordination, utilization review, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage nursing schedules and share in nursing leadership on-call responsibilities.
- Provide general operational and leadership support to the CNO on a daily basis.
- Actively participate in infection prevention initiatives and organizational quality improvement efforts.
