United Surgical Partners International (USPI), the country’s largest Ambulatory Surgery Center platform, is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Sherman in Sherman, TX. Baylor Scott & Surgical Hospital at Sherman is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. It features 14 inpatient beds, 8 OR’s, 3 PR’s, 2 Cath Labs, and a large outpatient imaging program, with state-of-the-art equipment for various specialty procedures including Bariatrics, GI, Heart and Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Spine, Urology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, Robotics (2 Da Vinci, 1 Mako & 1 Aquablation) and GYN. The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) provides executive leadership for all nursing and clinical services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for clinical excellence, staffing strategy, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across the organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CNO partners with physicians, administrators, and the governing board to advance the hospital’s mission, strategic goals, and operational performance.
