Assists customers with a wide variety of retail banking needs. Provides back-up and support to the Office Manager. Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank, and complies with all organizational policies and procedures, including those related to regulatory compliance. This role involves retaining and expanding customer relationships, opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and processing/closing loans. It also includes consultative selling to uncover client needs and offer solutions, performing service associate duties, assisting with team building and motivation, and supervising staff on a limited basis to support the Office Manager. The position requires leading, exemplifying, and coaching a commitment to service, managing customer relations including complaints and inquiries, overseeing office operational processes, staying updated on bank policies, and representing the bank at community functions.
