As an Assistant Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in St Clair Shores, MI at the 10 Mile/Harper branch. It involves building a high performing team through attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members, and leading through influence across a broad range of eco-system partners in an omni channel environment. The position drives revenue and loyalty through proactive client interactions, manages and coaches a proactive client experience, and provides solutions and advice to improve client financial well-being. It also leads effective problem resolution, manages the branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, and grows branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households. The Assistant Branch Manager drives the employee experience, is responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through coaching and development, coaches employees to achieve performance and activity expectations, and assists in the performance management process. The role also manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures, and exercises sound decision making to identify and mitigate potential risk. PNC Employees are expected to be Customer Focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. They are also expected to be adept at Managing Risk, assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
