About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations with strong leadership abilities to join our team! This role supports day-to-day branch operations and field activities, including crew scheduling, production coordination, jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety audits. The Assistant Branch Manager will also coach and develop installers and field personnel, support inventory, equipment, and fleet management, and help resolve customer concerns and jobsite issues. A key aspect of this role is promoting compliance with OSHA, Washington L&I, and company safety standards, while building strong relationships with employees, customers, and builders to support branch performance and operational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of insulation installation methods (batts, blown-in, and spray foam)
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
  • Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of DOT regulation
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team

Responsibilities
