The Assistant Athletic Director serves as the primary administrative support professional and secondary administrator within the Athletics Department. This position is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, financial administration, travel coordination, compliance support, game operations, student-athlete support services, and departmental reporting. Working closely with the Athletic Director, the Assistant Athletic Director ensures efficient departmental operations, compliance with institutional, conference, NJCAA/TCCAA, and state regulations, and the successful execution of athletic programs and events. The position acts on behalf of the Athletic Director when designated and serves as a key resource for coaches, staff, student-athletes, and campus stakeholders.
