About The Position
The College of Nursing (CON) at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is seeking candidates to join its community of scholars who are passionate about nursing and want to thrive in a creative and caring work environment. FAU’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing is known internationally for its dedication to Caring: expanding the science, practicing the art, studying the meaning, and living it day to day. The college offers four-degree programs (BSN, MSN, DNP, and PhD) with unique, caring-based curricula and opportunities for interprofessional education with medical, social work, and pharmacy students.
Requirements
- Earned doctorate (PhD, DNS, or equivalent) in Nursing or a closely related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Experience teaching in undergraduate and/or graduate nursing programs.
- Commitment to the philosophy of Caring Science.
- Experience mentoring students and/or junior faculty.
- Engagement in interdisciplinary or interprofessional education, practice, or research.
