This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a specific residence hall or halls, supervising Resident Assistants, and assisting with programming and budget management. The position also includes participation in an on-call rotation for crisis response, assisting with RA training and selection, serving as a student conduct hearing officer, and providing office support. Collaboration with campus partners and support for housing operations are also key aspects of this role.
