Requirements

Previous hands-on experience in a technical trade (such as construction, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping or similar). This role builds on existing trade skills.
Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on tasks, including using ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces.
Proficient with basic hand and power tools and enjoy working with your hands.
Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
Attention to detail: You take pride in precise measurements, clean workmanship and following safety guidelines. You work efficiently without cutting corners and follow safety protocols.

High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license
