High earning potential: You'll earn $25–$30 per hour based on your experience and performance, with overtime available when projects run long. Requirements

  • Previous hands-on experience in a technical trade (such as construction, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping or similar). This role builds on existing trade skills.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on tasks, including using ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces.
  • Proficient with basic hand and power tools and enjoy working with your hands.
  • Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail: You take pride in precise measurements, clean workmanship and following safety guidelines. You work efficiently without cutting corners and follow safety protocols.
  • Customer service: You're friendly, respectful and leave every homeowner feeling confident about their air duct system.
  • Independence & communication: You can work independently while also communicating effectively with team members and clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Clean air ducts and dryer vents in residential, multi-unit and commercial settings using professional equipment.
  • Set up and operate equipment according to our proven systems and checklists.
