They are searching for a Duct Cleaner to enhance the overall performance of residential HVAC systems by removing contaminants from ductwork to improve air quality and comfort for homeowners.

  • Strong reading and communication skills
  • Ability to work with power tools, on ladders, in attics, and on roofs
  • Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

  • Must have a clean & insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
  • Ability to lift and carry 100+ pounds

Responsibilities

  • Execute residential duct and dryer vent cleanings
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical controls of a furnace
  • Explain the benefits of clean air ducts and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the duct cleaning process
  • Use strong communication skills to articulate information related to duct cleanings with customers
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, department leaders, service technicians, parts and sales teams
  • Keep company truck clean, inside and out and inventory up to date
  • Perform regular maintenance on duct cleaning equipment
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Focus on serving customers as well as fellow team members
  • Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
  • Attend One-on-One meetings, Service Department meetings, and Company meetings
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Service Department Process Team Leader
