Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to work and a valid and insurable driver's license required.
• Ability to provide us with flexible work hours.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive “push/pull” movements with heavy extraction equipments, the ability to kneel, stoop and bend repetitively and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs, several times a day.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing).
• Candidates will be required to have acceptable results from a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.
• Ability to work on Saturdays.
• Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the following industries: Carpet Cleaner, Construction Worker, Delivery Driver, Handyman, Home Service, Janitor, Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance, Repair / Maintenance, Restaurants / Server, Warehouse, Other Labor Position.

Responsibilities

• Perform the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
• Provide consultative approach with each customer to identify needs for our other services.
• Meet customer needs and 'wow' them with education on our services and spectacular customer service.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with all our customers.
