About The Position

Alpine Specialty Services is seeking a full-time Air Duct Cleaning Technician to perform professional HVAC duct and ventilation cleaning in residential and commercial properties using advanced truck-mounted equipment. This role offers paid training, a structured advancement path, and strong earning potential. The technician will be responsible for cleaning air ducts, dryer vents, and related ventilation systems, inspecting indoor air quality, following cleaning protocols and safety procedures, and communicating service findings to customers.

Requirements

• Valid Washington driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs, and to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
• Reliable transportation to our Mountlake Terrace plant
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools
• Strong work ethic and customer-service orientation

Nice To Haves

• Construction, HVAC, or trade experience
• Prior duct cleaning, restoration, or related field-service experience
• NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) familiarity (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform professional air duct cleaning and HVAC ventilation cleaning using truck-mounted systems
• Clean dryer vents and related ventilation systems
• Inspect and assess indoor air quality concerns for residential and commercial customers
• Follow structured cleaning protocols and safety procedures
