About The Position

HUB SoCal is looking for full-time trainees (Assistant Account Managers) to join our team. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career, we want to speak with YOU! This role requires that you commit to working 40 hours per week. This is a regular, full-time position with HUB which includes all HUB benefits. Successful completion of your training will pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty License.

Requirements

  • College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before June 2026, and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity.
  • Preferred area of study include but not limited to Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, General Business Management, Economics, & Finance.
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities.
  • Proof of work authorization will be required.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • No Travel Required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with commercial lines accounts.
  • Learn the insurance industry and related processes.
  • Obtain a Property & Casualty License upon successful completion of training.
