Brown & Brown is seeking an Assistant Account Analyst to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC! The purpose of the Assistant Account Analyst is to provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality support within a high-volume insurance center. The focus of the role is to assist the Customer Success Representatives by assisting with administrative tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and other basic office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate renewal lists, create renewal tasks, and complete renewal checklists.
  • Generate emails and request information, at the direction of licensed teammates, to customers and underwriting partners.
  • Handle incoming email and paper mail by scanning, filing, and creating follow up tasks for the team.
  • Process policy transfer checklists and tasks on a reoccurring monthly basis.
  • Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management systems as directed by licensed teammates.
  • Work towards obtaining NC Property Casualty license as directed.
  • Attend internal and client meetings, as needed.
  • Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.
  • Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards.
  • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
