About The Position

The Asset Manager reports to the Vice President of Finance and assists with the life cycle management and reporting of data center assets. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, supporting commercial and operational activities, and executive reporting on asset-level performance.

The Asset Manager assists with preparing asset-level revenue, operating expense, and capital expense budgets in coordination with Corporate FP&A, provides executive reporting on asset performance, and helps update forecasts. The position also targets and evaluates new business and renewal opportunities against portfolio-specific and firm-wide investment criteria. Due diligence includes analyzing tenants and in-place leases, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, and other relevant property-level factors to optimize profitability and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of real estate experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to undertake detailed analysis and make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing asset-level revenue, operating expense, and capital expense budgets in coordination with Corporate FP&A.
• Provide executive reporting on asset performance and assist with updating forecasts as needed.
• Target and evaluate new business and renewal opportunities in conjunction with portfolio-specific and general firm investment criteria.
• Conduct due diligence on tenants and in-place leases, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, and other pertinent property-level factors.
• Support commercial and operational activities related to data center assets.
