Asset Manager

T&H•Carmel, IN

About The Position

T&H Investments is a Carmel-based affordable housing developer and owner with a portfolio of roughly eight operating affordable properties, primarily focused on LIHTC, and three additional properties under construction across the Midwest and Atlantic seaboard. Its properties are operated day to day by third-party property management companies. The Asset Manager is the portfolio’s day-to-day operating steward and the primary contact for third-party property managers. The role tracks property performance against budgets and business plans, supports compliance and reporting, and helps ensure properties meet company standards. The Asset Manager sits within Finance & Accounting and works directly with the CFO, while helping develop AI-assisted reporting and portfolio analytics. The company will coach the successful candidate in the workings of affordable housing asset management and values judgment, curiosity, and follow-through over extensive experience. The role also supports finance and accounting projects, property-level strategic analysis, development underwriting, lease-up, and project handoffs at stabilization. Occasional scheduled in-person property visits are required. Duties may change as deemed necessary by the company, and the employee may be assigned additional work by supervisors or company officials.
