About The Position

ContainerPort Group (CPG), part of World Group, is hiring an Asset Management Coordinator to work at its corporate headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio. This detail-oriented role tracks driver technology assets placed in Independent Contractors’ trucks and manages and updates the interfaces associated with those assets. The position helps protect the company’s high-value technology assets and supports safety and recruiting efforts through effective management of in-truck assets.

Requirements

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Entry-level experience using Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Manage and update in-truck asset inventory, terminal and corporate office inventory, and web interfaces associated with the assets.
Update physical plates inventory and registry.
Manage toll violations.
Support field locations with asset-related issues.
Manage Independent Contractor chargebacks for tolls and damaged or unreturned equipment.
Manage shipments of assets to field locations in support of recruiting and safety initiatives tied to in-truck assets.
