Role Overview: The Assessment, Support, Collaboration, and Coaching (ASCC) / Utilization Services Support (USS) Supervisor leads initatives to aid in oversight and management of identified assessments and/or service utilization statewide. You will provide consultation and coaching via direct collaboration with staff in local counties via in-person, video, or phone center support. The Supervisor reports to the ASCC Division Manager and Director. This is a remote position that will support offices around the state of Indiana. Residency will be considered in identifying regional offices for meetings and trainings. You must be available for travel within the state and occassional travel to Indianapolis, Indiana, for meetings, trainings, and business functions.
