About The Position
We are seeking motivated and dependable fiberglass Assemblers to join our growing production team. This role is responsible for assembling fiberglass components and products according to the company's quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees are expected to work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to maintain production quality. You are a vital part of daily operations; consequently, it is your responsibility to be at your workstation at the time you are scheduled to start work.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or fiberglass experience preferred but not required.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple production areas.
Responsibilities
- Assemble fiberglass components, hardware, and related materials according to work instructions.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Perform trimming, fitting, drilling, grinding, sanding, sealing, or minor finishing work as needed.
- Read and follow production schedules, assembly instructions, and work orders accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in alignment with 5S/6S standards.
- Report defects, damaged materials, or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and leadership teams to meet production goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining efficient workflow throughout the department.
- Assist with material movement, packaging, or other production support duties as needed.
