You will perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly. The position requires using a computer for assembly drawings, performing quality checks, and participating in 5S procedures. You will also take part in the training process for new team members, provide input on their performance, and participate in safety, process, and quality improvement teams. Collaboration with team members, supervisors, and support areas is essential to coordinate workflow and meet production requirements. Other duties as assigned will also be part of the role.
