About The Position

Responsible for supporting the assembly and test of leading technology CMOS and CCD low-light imaging products in a product transition and production environment. This Operations role will interface primarily with Manufacturing and Product Engineering. The qualified candidate is able to work under minimal supervision and aggressively pursue time-sensitive milestones. This individual contributor position reports to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 3 to 5 years of assembling and soldering experience is required.
• Strong SMT soldering and desoldering skills.
• Electromechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, completing tasks on time or notifying the appropriate party and providing an alternate plan.
• Personal computer skills using Windows OS and MS Office, database applications are required.
• Extremely strong work ethic, initiative, and drive.
• Meticulous and quality-focused.
• Effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, including demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all work assignments.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to express ideas and thoughts verbally and in writing, keep others informed, select the appropriate communication method, and exhibit good listening and comprehension.

• Assemble cameras.
• Pot and encapsulate bare imaging sensors.
• Assemble and integrate cable assemblies.
• Support the next generation of production assembly processes.
• Assemble fixtures, as assigned.
