As an Assembly Technician II, you’ll play a key role in assembling, calibrating, and testing high‑performance industrial valves, regulators, and instrumentation used across a wide range of industries. Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in assembly or industrial environments
• Clear and professional communication skills, including via email
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with control valves, actuators, pressure regulators, or instrumentation
• Experience or training in: Valve basics, Calibration techniques, Hydrostatic and seat leak testing, Pneumatic and electric actuator equipment, Boiler operation

Responsibilities

• Selecting and pulling accurate components for production orders
• Building and assembling valves, actuators, and regulators to company and customer specifications
• Installing and calibrating instrumentation for optimal performance
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and repairing assemblies with precision
• Operating forklifts, hoists, and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Documenting work clearly and accurately, including order and calibration records
• Keeping your work area safe, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures
• Mentoring and training Apprentice and Technician I team members as needed
