About The Position

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble parts in an assigned area until the final product is complete. This role operates on a Monday-Wednesday Days schedule from 5:45 am to 6:15 pm CST. The company is a global leader in delivering innovative solutions to the professional construction trades, focusing on increasing productivity and safety with their cordless systems, power equipment, and storage products.

Requirements

• Moderate proficiency in English
• Standing for long periods of time
• Able to read SOP in English
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the SOP at each designated station within an Assembly cell.
• Quality-check each piece produced against set aesthetic standards.
• Keep designated station full of needed parts for the job assigned.
• Learn job duties at multiple stations within an assigned cell.
• Flexibility to rotate from one assigned cell or manufacturing facilities to another based on production needs.
• Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
• Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
